About DAMAC Hills
DAMAC Hills is a gated master community in Dubailand, laid out by DAMAC Properties around Trump International Golf Club Dubai. The developer's published count for the community is 3,386 villas and townhouses and 7,128 apartments, and its headline figure for private parkland is 42 million square feet. Much of it is finished and lived in: a school, a mall, a hotel and the golf club are all operating, and families have been in the villa streets for years. Fresh releases still reach the market beside the established neighbourhoods, so a buyer chooses between a completed home with a known street and something DAMAC is still building.
Space and sport are what the community trades on. DAMAC's amenity list runs to the golf course and a clubhouse the developer puts at 30,000 sq ft, a swimming pool, the Malibu Bay wave pool, tennis courts, stables, a fishing lake and a skate park, with a community centre for shops and restaurants. Jebel Ali School sits inside the community itself, and the developer names Fairgreen International School and Global Indian International School among the options in the surrounding area. Everyday shopping is handled by DAMAC Hills Mall, while Radisson Hotel Dubai DAMAC Hills takes visiting family and guests.
Wincasa Properties markets DAMAC Hills as an authorised sales partner of the developer. An enquiry reaches Wincasa first; the reservation and the sale and purchase agreement are made with DAMAC Properties, and instalments go into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules rather than to the broker. Nothing is added for using a broker: the figure quoted is DAMAC's own, so buying through Wincasa costs the same as booking direct with the developer. Where a neighbourhood has already handed over, what is on offer is a mixture of owner resale and any homes DAMAC still holds, and Wincasa states in writing which of the two applies before an offer goes in. The developer publishes no single starting price for the community, so figures are given on request.

Six and seven-bedroom mansions whose interiors the developer states are inspired by Cavalli, carrying a completion date DAMAC sets in 2026.
Gems Estates
Five to seven-bedroom villas and mansions facing the golf club, which the developer describes as a joint Cavalli and de GRISOGONO design; DAMAC's completion date has already passed, so availability is confirmed on enquiry.
DAMAC Villas by Paramount
Furnished villas styled by Paramount Hotels and Resorts; DAMAC handed this neighbourhood over in 2018, so what is available now is resale or remaining developer stock.
