Townhouses on two frontages
This release takes an unusual form. Rather than a street of standalone houses, these are two-storey homes built into the lower levels of two low-rise buildings in DAMAC Hills, Golf Town on the fairway side and, facing the greenery, Apartments on The Park. The result sits between the two familiar Dubai options: the shared facilities and upkeep of an apartment building, with the private garden, own front door and split-level plan of a house. The developer's own answer describes the project as completed, so buyers are looking at homes that already exist.
The name describes the choice you make. One frontage looks onto the Trump International Golf Club Dubai, with the fairways starting beyond the garden wall; the other faces the themed parkland at the centre of the community. Both are two and three-bedroom layouts with floor-to-ceiling glass and open living space, and both open onto private gardens. Which one suits depends on whether you want the long green view of a golf course or the shorter, busier outlook over the park.
DAMAC Hills is a self-contained community in Dubailand, with a school, a green zone and a Carrefour supermarket close to these homes, and the developer names Dubai International Airport as the nearest airport. Since the project is finished, what is for sale depends on owners and on any stock the developer still carries, and no starting price is published. Wincasa Properties, an authorised sales partner, quotes against a named townhouse: the contract on developer stock is with DAMAC Properties, payments go to the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules, and none of it passes through the broker.
