Villas along the fairways
The Trump Estates is a gated enclave of villas inside DAMAC Hills, laid out along the golf course run as the Trump International Golf Club Dubai. DAMAC Properties completed it in 2022, so the houses stand finished with mature planting around them. Interiors were specified in pale golds and creams with bronze and gloss black detailing, which dates the design to a particular moment in Dubai's villa market and gives the enclave a recognisable look. Buyers here are generally choosing the address and the outlook over the fairway rather than a floor plan on paper.
The Trump Organization is the brand DAMAC licensed for the golf club and for this enclave, and each home is issued with a Trump Card giving access to privileges the brand operates internationally. That arrangement is between DAMAC and the brand owner. The Trump name is a third-party mark, recorded here as a fact about the project; it is not something Wincasa Properties offers, endorses or controls, and any privileges attaching to the card are governed by the brand's own terms rather than by the sale.
As a delivered enclave, what trades is resale stock from private owners plus any villas the developer still holds, and no launch price applies. Values move with the plot, its position relative to the course and the standard of the house, so a figure only means something once it is attached to a specific property. Where DAMAC is the seller, the enquiry comes to Wincasa, the sale and purchase agreement is signed with DAMAC Properties, and instalments are paid into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules, never to the broker; a private resale is registered at the Dubai Land Department.
