Big houses by the fairways
Beverly Hills Drive occupies the Trump Estates section of DAMAC Hills, on plots that back directly onto the golf course and the water cut through it. DAMAC's own writing leans on southern California for the look, promising each villa wide views over the lakes and greens, gardens that run straight out from the living space, and rooms angled to catch the sunset. The developer's FAQ counts two kitchens, a games room, a wide upper terrace, generous maid's quarters and a driver's room reached by its own entrance, which places these among the larger villa products DAMAC has built inside the community.
Read DAMAC's page carefully on the unit mix, because it is not consistent: the page heading and meta description talk about seven-bedroom villas, while the developer's own FAQ describes a six-bedroom layout. Wincasa does not paper over that. The exact configuration, plot and built-up area are confirmed against the developer's unit sheet before any reservation, and the discrepancy is worth raising directly if bedroom count drives the purchase. DAMAC's handover record for the villas is December 2024, so these are standing houses rather than drawings.
The community around them is mature. DAMAC describes an Active hub and a Serene hub as the two outdoor focal points of the estate, and calls DAMAC Hills a self-contained community with the golf club, parkland, lakes, a skate park, stables and sports courts already in place, plus Jebel Ali School and the Radisson hotel inside the boundary. The community mall is still written up by the developer as coming rather than open, so it is quoted that way here. Because the villas are delivered, availability depends on what the developer still holds and on what individual owners choose to resell, so Wincasa confirms both the price and the source of each unit before a buyer commits to anything.
