Four bedrooms and a roof
Violet 4 is the fourth Violet release in DAMAC Hills 2, and it keeps the format of the earlier phases: one house type, four bedrooms, a private garden at the back and usable space on the roof. The colour scheme takes its cue from the violet flower the cluster is named after. For a family, the rooftop is the part worth walking before you buy, since it turns what would be a flat roof into an outdoor room the plan does not otherwise give you.
The community is the other half of the offer. DAMAC Hills 2 is built around water and sport, and the developer's list for this cluster includes a wave pool, a lazy river, the Malibu Beach water attraction, a zen garden, a floating cinema and courts laid out for tennis, padel, volleyball and football. DAMAC counts more than thirty attractions and experiences across the community, alongside a community mall with a Carrefour supermarket and the Saudi German Clinic inside it.
This one is off-plan. The developer's panel shows a Q3 2027 handover and the delivery date held against the project reads June 2027, so Wincasa asks DAMAC to confirm the date in writing for the specific townhouse. The same panel shows a 1% plan, with the full schedule issued by the developer at reservation. The route to buying does not change: the enquiry comes to Wincasa Properties, the sale and purchase agreement is signed with DAMAC Properties, and instalments are paid into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules. Nothing is paid to the broker.
