A curve above the parkland
ELO is an apartment building inside DAMAC Hills 2, the large community DAMAC Properties has built in Dubailand. The tower is curved, and the developer has set each balcony back from the one below so that the elevation falls away in steps and every apartment keeps an open outlook over the parkland. DAMAC's own answer describes a fourteen-floor building of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Wincasa Properties reserves units in the tower as an authorised sales partner of the developer, at the developer's published prices.
The argument for DAMAC Hills 2 is how much sits within walking distance. For ELO alone the developer lists a pool with a swim-up bar, a lazy river, a climbing wall, a fishing lake and courts for tennis, padel, volleyball and football. The community wave pool, which DAMAC markets as Malibu Beach, is close by, and the developer counts more than thirty attractions across the wider master plan. A community mall with a Carrefour supermarket and the Saudi German Clinic covers the everyday without leaving the gates.
The developer's current range for ELO runs from AED 1.397 million to AED 1.481 million, and DAMAC advertises a 1% payment plan on the tower, with the full instalment schedule set out in the reservation documents. Handover is shown as Q4 2026 on the project page while the developer's unit records carry a later 2028 date, so Wincasa asks DAMAC to confirm the programme in writing before a buyer commits. The enquiry goes to Wincasa, the sale and purchase agreement is signed with DAMAC Properties, and instalments are paid into the project's Dubai Land Department escrow account, never to the broker.
