Vera Residences is a finished DAMAC building in Business Bay, close enough to the Burj district that the Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa and the fountain shows form part of the daily backdrop. The apartments run from studios through one and two-bedroom layouts, and the developer points to views of the canal from the upper floors. DAMAC's records date handover to 30 June 2022, which makes this one of the newer completed buildings on that stretch of Business Bay rather than a legacy tower from the district's first wave.
