Canal frontage, Cavalli interiors
Couture by Cavalli is a residential tower DAMAC Properties is building on the Safa Park stretch of Dubai Canal, in the Business Bay corridor. The apartments run from three to five bedrooms, with six-bedroom penthouses at the top of the stack, so the smallest home here is already a family flat rather than a studio investment. Roberto Cavalli, the Italian fashion house founded in 1970, is the design brand attached to the interiors. That is a DAMAC arrangement with a third party; Wincasa markets the finished product and makes no claim on the mark itself.
The developer's live pricing shows apartments opening at AED 21,904,000 and the published range topping out at AED 49,992,000, and DAMAC lists the project as eligible for the Golden Visa. Payment terms are given as a 60/40 split, asterisked on the developer's page. On handover the picture is less tidy than it looks: DAMAC's project page carries Q2 2027, while the individual unit listings show Q4 2028. Wincasa confirms the date written into the reservation form for the actual apartment rather than quoting whichever version reads better.
Amenities in the tower, as DAMAC describes them, include a cigar lounge, a clubhouse, a gym, a rooftop pool and a swimmable lagoon. The location does most of the work: the developer places Mercato Mall, Sunset Mall and Medcare Hospital Al Safa at 5 minutes, City Walk at 6, The Dubai Mall at 8 and Dubai International Airport at 16. To buy, the enquiry goes to Wincasa, the sale and purchase agreement is executed with DAMAC Properties, and instalments are paid into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules, never to the broker.
