Turquoise on the canal
Chic Tower rises in Business Bay, on the stretch where the Dubai Canal turns towards the Burj district, and DAMAC has built the whole idea of the building around bathing and recovery rather than around a lobby chandelier. The developer's theme is the colour turquoise and the stone's supposed restorative qualities, carried into what it describes as restorative baths, beauty treatments and gyms. The Geneva jewellery house de GRISOGONO is DAMAC's design partner on the interiors, and the brand's signature appears in the fittings and the common areas rather than in the structure itself.
The amenity list DAMAC publishes is unusually specific: seven revitalising baths, each described as a different tonic; a lazy river; an infinity pool the developer describes as overlooking the Dubai Canal; a beauty lounge DAMAC calls a first for the city, where creams are mixed for the individual resident; and private cabanas. On the unit mix the developer contradicts itself three ways — its page title says studio to three-bedroom, its own FAQ says studios plus one and two-bedroom, and its data feed shows a one to four-bedroom range — so Wincasa confirms layout and area from the current unit sheet before anything is reserved.
DAMAC's stated handover for the tower is October 2026 and the developer flags the project as eligible for the Golden Visa at the qualifying investment level. Its published starting price is AED 4,705,000, with the quoted range running to AED 27,593,000 across the larger layouts, and the figure moves with release and floor, so Wincasa quotes the live number rather than repeating one that may have expired. DAMAC shows the payment plan itself as available on request, so Wincasa gets the schedule in writing instead of guessing at a split.
