Nice is the French Riviera district within DAMAC Lagoons, and the developer keeps its description of the houses short: French-inspired architecture, vivid colour and interiors it calls carefully worked. Wincasa does not embroider that, because DAMAC has not published the elevation detail, and the plan set is the thing to ask for. The mix runs to four and five-bedroom townhouses alongside six-bedroom villas, which is broader than most districts in the master plan and lets a family trade up inside the same neighbourhood rather than moving out of it.

The outdoor programme is aimed squarely at households with children. DAMAC lists a skate park, cycling trails and splash pools among the district's features, sitting inside the wider setting the developer describes for DAMAC Lagoons: azure lagoons and white sand beaches shared across the master community. The developer also states that the community adjoins DAMAC Hills and gives preferential access to its facilities, which brings the golf club, the wave pool, the stables and the fishing lake into range without leaving the neighbourhood behind.

DAMAC's stated handover for Nice is October 2026, and the developer publishes no starting price and no payment plan for the district on this page. Wincasa therefore quotes both on request, drawn from the developer's current release rather than from an old launch sheet, and confirms the milestone schedule in writing. The developer places Al Maktoum International Airport at about 28 minutes and lists Motor City, Sports City, Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure among the attractions within a short drive.
