The third ELO
ELO 3 follows ELO and ELO 2 inside DAMAC Hills 2, the developer's large community on the eastern edge of Dubailand. It is an apartment building rather than a townhouse row, which places it at the accessible end of the DAMAC Hills 2 price range while giving residents the same run of community facilities. DAMAC offers one- and two-bedroom layouts here, with its published price band for the release running from AED 1.372 million to AED 1.488 million depending on the unit.
What separates DAMAC Hills 2 from the developer's other communities is the sheer amount of water and sport built into it. For ELO 3 specifically, DAMAC lists a pool overlooking parkland, a swim-up bar, a climbing wall, courts for tennis, padel, volleyball and football, a fishing lake and a lazy river, with the community's Malibu Beach wave pool a short distance further. The apartments are compact by design; the intention is that daily life spreads into the shared landscape rather than staying indoors.
The developer publishes a 1% payment plan on ELO 3 and, on its own project page, gives the handover as the third quarter of 2027; the delivery date attached to the apartment records on that same page runs a year later, to the end of 2028, so Wincasa asks DAMAC to confirm the date in writing before a reservation. DAMAC Hills 2 has a mall of its own, and the developer's answers point to Jebel Ali School, GEMS Metropole School and Fairgreen International School among the nearest schools, with Edge by Rotana providing hotel rooms inside the community. Rotana is a third-party operator named by DAMAC. Wincasa Properties sells the release as an authorised DAMAC sales partner, at the developer's prices.
