Finished, furnished, still trading
This is a delivered building. DAMAC Properties completed the scheme in 2018 and residents moved in years ago, so anyone marketing it as a launch is misreading it. The towers rise 270 metres over Business Bay and hold roughly 1,200 furnished residences alongside a Paramount hotel, with the design taking its cues from Californian studio styling. Tower A is the residential address most buyers are looking at. What is on the market now is either resale stock from private owners or units the developer still holds, and the two routes work differently.
The developer lists one and two-bedroom apartments here, delivered furnished and finished to a premium standard, many with private balconies. DAMAC's published range runs from AED 1,959,000 to AED 3,169,000, the project is flagged as Golden Visa eligible, and a 20/80 payment split appears on the developer's page. Since the building is complete, that split applies to whatever developer stock remains rather than to a construction programme. Wincasa Properties, an authorised sales partner of DAMAC, confirms the current price and the terms actually on offer for a named apartment before anything is signed.
Facilities in the scheme, as DAMAC describes them, run to a temperature-controlled pool, a dine-in cinema modelled on Paramount screening rooms, a gym, spa facilities, valet service and family entertainment space. Paramount Hotels & Resorts is the hospitality brand DAMAC partnered with; the mark belongs to its owner and is noted here only as a fact about the building. On a developer sale the enquiry comes to Wincasa, the contract is signed with DAMAC Properties, and money goes into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules rather than to the broker.
