Sky gardens above the park
Safa Gate rises on Sheikh Zayed Road at the edge of Safa Park, in the stretch DAMAC calls the Platinum District. The tower is glazed and slender, and the idea the developer works with is planting carried up the building: sky gardens cut into the floor plates and open decks that look out over the park on one side and the towers of the Burj district on the other. It is an off-plan project, launched in 2025, and the developer's programme points to handover in the fourth quarter of 2029.
DAMAC's search filter for the tower runs from one to five bedrooms, while the project page describes the release itself as one- and two-bedroom apartments in several layouts. The amenity list is unusually long for a tower this size and the developer gives each item a name: the Aurora pool, which shifts colour across the water; a Gravity gym; the Lumière Spa with hydrotherapy pools and a meditation dome; the Eclipse Theatre for screenings and live performance; an open-air gym on level six; a Zen plunge pool; and a retreat pool planted with native species.
Position is the argument for the price. Safa Park is across the road, City Walk and Box Park are about five minutes away, The Dubai Mall roughly ten and Mall of the Emirates fifteen. DAMAC puts Dubai International Airport at fourteen minutes by car. DAMAC's published starting price is AED 2,135,000 and the developer's range reaches AED 26,204,000, and it shows a payment plan as available without printing the split, so the instalment table comes from Wincasa on request. Your enquiry is handled by Wincasa Properties as an authorised DAMAC sales partner, the sale and purchase agreement is executed with DAMAC Properties, and instalments are paid into the project escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules.
