Two towers inside DIFC
Park Towers is a completed DAMAC Properties address in the Dubai International Financial Centre: two towers of 40 storeys, handed over on 28 June 2011 after a launch in 2004. Very little residential stock sits inside the DIFC boundary itself, which is the practical reason this building holds its value with people who work in the district. The developer describes one, two and three-bedroom apartments with deep balconies looking across the financial centre, alongside office space in the same towers.
The shared facilities are the ones DAMAC lists against the building: a large swimming pool, a fitted gym, steam and sauna rooms, a multipurpose room, a barbecue area and a tennis court, with concierge cover through the day and night. For a working tenant that combination matters less as a lifestyle argument than as a reason not to keep a separate gym membership, and it is part of why the towers let steadily.
The location does the rest of the work. Sheikh Zayed Road runs alongside, the district's own offices, restaurants and cafes are on foot, and the developer puts Dubai International Airport at a 19-minute drive. As a finished building the questions are floor, aspect, condition and lease status rather than construction, and Wincasa answers those unit by unit. On developer stock the sale and purchase agreement is with DAMAC Properties and instalments go into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules; on a resale the contract is with the registered owner and the transfer is made at the Land Department. Wincasa Properties, an authorised sales partner rather than the developer, takes no payment from the buyer.
