Finished, not a launch
DAMAC Maison Mall Street is a completed building, not a launch. DAMAC Properties handed it over in 2013 and it has been occupied ever since, which changes what a buyer is actually looking at: a real apartment with a real service history rather than a render. It sits in Business Bay, on the Downtown side, which the developer describes as adjacent to the Burj area and near The Dubai Mall. The suites come as one, two and three-bedroom hotel apartments, furnished by the developer in creams and whites with darker accents, and run under the DAMAC Hotels & Resorts banner.
Because the building is finished, availability is a moving target: what comes up is either a resale from a private owner or whatever stock the developer still holds. There is no published launch price and no payment plan to quote, so a figure only means something once it is attached to a specific unit, floor and view. Wincasa Properties, an authorised sales partner of DAMAC, tracks both routes and will tell a buyer plainly which of the two a given apartment is, since the paperwork and the timeline differ between them.
Shared facilities in the building, as the developer describes them, include a spa, a large terrace, an infinity pool looking over Downtown and a Mediterranean restaurant. For a developer sale the enquiry goes to Wincasa, the sale and purchase agreement is signed with DAMAC Properties and payments are made into the project's escrow account under Dubai Land Department rules, with nothing paid to the broker. On a resale the transfer runs through the Dubai Land Department in the usual way, and Wincasa handles the process end to end.
